After choosing your expedition, simply follow the following four easy steps to book your place with Explorers World…
First contact us by telephoning our UK office on 01395 567269 or by e mailing info@explorersworld.co.uk to check availability and reserve your expedition place.
We will hold your reservation for an agreed period, usually one week. To confirm it, please send the Booking Form and deposit within the agreed period.
Fill in the Booking Form and send it to us with a deposit of 20% of the expedition price. Please read the Booking Conditions at this stage and sign your booking form to confirm your agreement with these.
If you are booking within 8 weeks of the expedition, full payment is required.
Upon receipt of the Booking Form and deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking. After this your deposit is non-returnable except in the special circumstances mentioned in the Booking Conditions. From this point your place on the Expedition is confirmed and your expedition travel insurance will be in force.
Special expedition travel insurance has been arranged with Campbell Irvine Ltd (and underwritten by AXA Insurance) for our expeditions and is included in the cost of your expedition. Single trip cover will be arranged for you at the time of your booking. Please see Insurance for details of the cover, and any exemptions/conditions that you must inform us or the Insurers about.
